1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Ticket Purchase

All ticket purchases are final. Once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be refunded except under circumstances outlined in our Refund Policy.

3. Event Cancellation

In the event of cancellation or postponement, ticket holders will be notified via email and provided with options for refund or rescheduling.

4. Use of Tickets

Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly stated. The ticket holder must present valid identification and the confirmation number at the event entrance.

5. Limitation of Liability

Lanna Cultural Village is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries that may occur at the event venue.

6. User Accounts

7. Third-Party Login (Facebook, Google)
