Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available only in the following circumstances:

  • Event cancellation by the organizer
  • Event postponement (if you cannot attend the new date)
  • Technical errors in the booking system

2. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us at support@lannalantern.com with your booking confirmation number. Refund requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the event date.

3. Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after approval. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Service fees and processing fees are non-refundable. Tickets purchased within 24 hours of the event are non-refundable.
